Timings
All the matches between Pakistan and West Indies will be played at 4pm in order to escape from the extremely hot conditions of Multan.
Playing XI combination of Pakistan
According to Babar Azam, Pakistani team will be going with its full strength team and no experiment will be done. This indicates that no chance will be given to young players like Mohammad Haris, Shahnawaz Dahani, Mohammad Wasim Jr. and the leg spinner Zahid Mehmood.
Pakistan's expected playing XI
Pakistan is expected to go with the following playing XI to face West Indies' C team:
Fakhar Zaman (Batsman), Imam Ul Haq (Batsman), Babar Azam (Batsman, (C)), Mohammad Rizwan (Wicket Keeper Batsman), Iftikhar Ahmed (All-rounder), Khushdil Shah (All Rounder), Shadab Khan (All rounder, (VC)), Mohammad Nawaz (All rounder), Hasan Ali (Bowler, bats well), Shaheen Shah Afridi (Bowler), Haris Rauf(Bowler).
Our playing XI
West Indies has already proven to be a weak cricket team in recent times (in white ball formats especially), and to add insult to injury, they have sent their C team with no Evin Lewis, Jason Holder, Darren Bravo, Andre Russel, kemar Roach, Roston Chase etc.
To take this as an advantage, Pakistan should also test its benched players and play with a compact players to check the abilities of the benched players in international cricket.
If we were there, we would have rested some of the team's players like Imam Ul Haq, Iftikhar Ahmed and Hasan Ali. This would've concluded this playing XI for Pakistan:
Fakhar Zaman, Mohammad Haris, Babar Azam, Abdullah Shaffique, Mohammad Rizwan, Khushdil Shah, Shadab Khan, Mohammad Nawaz, Shaheen Shah Afridi, Haris Rauf, Shahnawaz Dahani
