PSL 8 expected dates and venues

PSL 8 to be played across 4 venues of Pakistan with a 45 day long schedule

PSL season 8 to be played between February and April after the home series against New Zealand and West Indies.

After the huge success of the 7th season of Pakistan Super League, fans are eagerly waiting for the next 8th season of PSL. Well, we've got you the date until which you will have to wait.

According to media reports, Pakistan Super League will be going back to its typical February-March window from next year while the matches of the biggest tournament of Pakistan will be played between 15th of February to 31st of March, making it a 45-day long tournament i.e. second longest in the world after Indian Premier League.

Media reports are also claiming that 4 different venues, that are, National Stadium, Karachi, Gaddafi Stadium, Lahore, Pindi Cricket Stadium, Rawalpindi and Multan International Cricket Stadium, Multan will be hosting the world's 2nd biggest cricket league.

It would be important for us to tell you that PSL 8 will start when Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) will be done hosting New Zealand for 2 tests and 3 T20Is in December-January and West Indies for 3 T20is in January.

The next season of Pakistan Super League is expected to be special because we can get to see some world class players in the league if the auction model is introduced.

We will also get to see a team lifting the trophy of PSL for the 2nd time because currently, every franchise has won the title once except Islamabad United who have been able to win the final twice in PSL 1 and PSL 3.

Currently, Lahore Qalandars will be looking to defend their title in the next season as the Shaheen XI managed to win the title of PSL 7 earlier this year.
