Pakistan's first home series win against Australia after 1988

Pakistan registered their first home series win against Australia after 34 years. The team was led by Javed Miandad when Pakistan Last time won a home series against Australia. Babar Azam became the first Pakistani captain in 34 years to win a home series against Australia. 

Pakistan's highest run chase

Pakistan won the 2nd ODI by 6 wickets recording their highest ever ODI chase (349) since they started playing One Day Internationals.

Imam Ul Haq became the fastest player to reach 9 ODI hundreds                                                                                                                               

In the 2nd ODI, when Imam scored a brilliant hundred, he created history by scoring 9 hundreds in just 48 matches i.e. fastest by any other cricketer in the world.

Babar Azam became the fastest player to reach 16 ODI hundreds


In the 3rd ODI, when Pakistani skipper scored a match-winning hundred, he became the fastest player to reach 16 ODI hundreds in just 84 innings breaking Hashim Amla's 94 innings' record.

Imam Ul Haq scored the most runs against Australia in a 3 match ODI series

Imam Ul Haq broke the 37 year old record of former England player, Graham Gooch by scoring 298 runs against Australia in a 3 match bilateral ODI series. Graham Gooch had previously scored 285 runs against Australia in a 3-match ODI series in 1985
